Short Term Rental Agreement

1. THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on [DATE] by and between:

May Chu (“Host”) residing at 2449 Berkley Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7H 1Z6, Canada, and

“Guest(s)” whose information is given below.

For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

2. PROPERTY. The rental property is a suite inside a house located at the following street address: 2449 Berkley Ave, North Vancouver, BC V7H 1Z6, Canada.

Hereinafter known as the “Property.”

3. GUESTS. Only guests mentioned in the booking request are allowed on the Property.

The Guest(s) understands that they are solely liable for any actions, liabilities, or damage caused by a guest on the Property.

4. TERM. The Guest(s) is allowed to access and occupy the Property for the days booked and paid for as listed below.

5. PAYMENTS DUE. The Guest(s) understands and agrees to pay the rent and deposit amounts agreed to at the time of booking.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY. If, for any reason, the Guest(s) cancels this Agreement at the time or prior to check-in, the following shall apply: This reservation is non-refundable.

7. UTILITIES. The Parties agree that all utilities, such as heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, sewer, internet, and any other services, are the responsibility of the Host.

9. INDEMNIFICATION. The Guest(s) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including legal fees, resulting from any actions, incidents, or accidents occurring in or caused by the Guest(s) use of the Property. Please note there is an inground trampoline on the property and guest(s) should use it at their own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents. All children under 12 should be supervised by an adult on site while using the trampoline.

10. DISPUTES. The Guest(s) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Host from all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including legal fees, resulting from any actions, incidents, or accidents occurring in or caused by the Guest(s) use of the property.

11. GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

12. ACCESS FOR MAINTENANCE. The Guest(s) agrees to allow the Host access to the Property for any standard or agreed-upon maintenance or common upkeep of the grounds. If access is needed, the Host agrees to give notice to the Guest(s) in accordance with local law.

By signing below, the Guest(s) agree to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
